Refund policy
COMPRESSION SOCKS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
Due to our concern for the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on Pear compression socks. However, if you are unhappy with your Pear compression socks within 30 days, our team will work with you to determine a plan for either issuing a refund or sending you a new pair of socks.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES UPON ARRIVAL
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at pearinfo@pearcompression.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it accordingly.
REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT
All damage requests will be thoroughly inspected by our team. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damage return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an email with the next steps to follow. Please do not hesitate to reply in case you need further help!
Please note that returns made without our authorization will be denied.
